BSNL FTTH Netflix doesn't load even after changing MTU

Hi
I have BSNL FTTH connection and Netflix doesn't load a title after 25%.
I have changed the mtu size as suggested in the forum previously but it didn't work.
If anyone faced the same issue and has worked it out
Help me out.
 
What is the current mtu value, change dns to google dns/ cloudfare / other.
Try reducing mtu further.
