BSNL FIBER VOICE CONFIGURATION: HUAWEI MODEM

Recently i bought this modem Huawei Hg8120c, My Bsnl exchange has installed EPON OLT due to which i had to convert it to EPON config after which i successfully configured wan for internet but voice sip config is still not finished. I got ip address, dns, home domain address everything from BSNL but still voice is isn't working. The problem is I'm getting incoming calls but no outgoing (engage tone every time i pick up to make a call). I called BSNL but they don't know hpw to configure for Huawei modems due to which i did all the settings for Voice and also for Internet.

Please help if anyone with Huawei modem and BSNL fiber user

Arey bro, did you come from ADSL Broadband? I think so because I made the same mistake. In fiber broadband, there is no dial tone like in ADSL Broadband. What you will hear is the busy tone. Just dail the number and call.

I've Fiber but still in busy tone i can't make calls by dialing number, busy tone doesn't go away

I tried making calls through busy tone it worked thanks...

hi ,i have the same problem that i can receive call but cannot make calls .i called but it says number does not exist everytime.
