I'm planning on taking BSNL EVDO.1. While travelling on roads outside of EVDO-enabled cities, does my EVDO modem and setup automatically fall back to CDMA 1.x speeds (144 Kbps)?2. Also, does BSNL have a complete CDMA network across the country (comparable to its GSM network)?

You dont need to travel outside the network. It will fall back and forth often, even if you use it at home. Atleast thats my case...

Thanks for the reply. Is there an indicator that shows what mode you're in?And does BSNL's CDMA cover most of the country (including villages)?

:hysterical:itsme......its bsnl(baith ke sona naale letna)..ye tou aise hi chalega(jab chalega)
