Hey guys, can you please suggest a good & secure alternatives for Bsnl recharge portal as my bank is not supporting online prepaid recharge from that site. The alternate site should also offer all the stv's.

can you guys post how to activate STVs by SMS. As far as I know, activating through SMS doesn't work in most of the states.
