Hi all, My BSNL Connection is down since yesterday 12/23 (sometime in the evening). Modem is unable to complete authentication.This ID is on the @dataone.in domain. I called up customer care (and after a lot of trouble getting through to an operator 🙂 ) I got hold of one gentle man and he confirmed its a problem throught chennai. However my other BSNL connection on the @bsnl.in domain is working fine. And I am posting this one from my second ID.... So I am guessing its users on the @dataone.in who is having issues - can any one else confirm? Thanks.
