BSNL dataone FIRST bill circle !!

Plan HOME 500 C+ (MY OWN MODEM)

I had rcvd a bill of Rs.1384/- for b/c of 18/10/2008 to 31/10/2008.
Bt my usage is only 1484.MB. as I checked on BBSERVICE PORTAL.

Considering Prorata basis, I should get (12days/31days)*2.5GB ~ 1GB of free usage. So net chargable MB should be (1484-1000)* .80p ~ Rs.400/-. But the bill says net chargable 1195MB @ Rs1012/-:huh:

I paid RS 1100/- as debit amount. but bill says only Rs500 as debit amount.

Bsnl is giving 20% rental disc for new connections of dataone wef 01/10/2008 , Bt there is no such deduction

So, I its totally out of the world bill!!

Can anybody xplain my bill??

Contact the Accounts manager of your SSA.Be sure you contact the Accounts manager and not just a cleark in accounts dept.I too had billing issues and only the Account manager was able to understand what was actually wrong.

whooo ...u got 1400 rs ....that low considered to mine i have paid more that 3000 rs for 10 months for having 500 plan then i shifted to 512 kbps now i am happy..........😛now i am getting 1500 rs per month
