BSNL DataOne disconnects, Please Help

I recently took BSNL Broad Band Data one connection. I often get disconnected every 25 - 35 minutes. I am not leaving it idle. Even when I am using it, it gets disconected and redails again and connects. Its been happening every hour. Can any one please tell me what might be the problem.

I am using
Windows XP Pro with SP1 and security updates/patches.
IE 6 with all latest updates/patches
BSNL DataOne with Huawei modem (BSNL modem)
Davicom 9102 Based PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter (10/100)

Please help soon.

BSNL is some what better to others as they are offering 256 Kb/s for just 500/month. Other carriers Rel, sify are charging 1000 - 1500 for the same. I enquired with all those. None have these competitive rates and unlimited downloads at night. In that aspect, we should thank BSNL.

Only issue is it often gets disconnected during day time. At night the problem gets lower.

My BSNL:pdataone connection ( 500+ combo with Nokia seimens C2110 black modem) is facing the same problem for about a month. It gets disconnected within five mints. I contacted my exchange (Kolkata 2570) and area personnels who failed :wall: to restore normalcy. I wonder :whistle:whether they are having the right expertise. From different forum-entries one can easily understand that this is a cmmon problem faced by BSNL clients throughout the country. It's a puzzle why the BSNL authority is sleeping on it!:mad: THEY MUST RECTIFY IT IMMEDIATELY USERING RIGHT EXPERTISE.
Meanwhile if any of our friends know the solution, please help.

Thanks for your helpful mail. It really helped though the inturruptions in BB connection still there with long gaps now.
