BSNL Customer Care - Call Connection Issues

I have a postpaid connection and tried to call the customer care for requesting details on my existing plans but when i tried to call the customer care number the call is going through IVRS but getting disconnected once the call is forwarded to the customer care executive.
 
Hello Mr.Murali,I m getting almost similar reply.As I m trying to talk to CCE it says "Your mailbox is full, try calling later".I don't know y it is happening.I m using prepaid 2G sim since 7 years.Anyone could let me know how to resolve it?Di I have to rush to BSNL office ?Thanks...Bye
