BSNL circular: Introduction of CDR

It still isn't set up for anything except broadband usage (though I didn't check it out for correctness). Information on previous bills and previous payments that was there previously was not present last night!

Such a pity. IT superpower and whatnot. So it's back to the queue for some. One guy claims his ECS has gone through without him doing anything such as updating his ECS mandate details. So that may be a relief if confirmed by others.

Finally got a call from BSNL stating that the password will be sent shortly. In 15 mins i got the password and the account got activated. But the portal is still under implementation it seems as I'm only able to see broadband usage details, no link for seeing telephone usage. Payment link is not working too. I think i'll have to clear the payment due in cash.

One more guy says that his ECS is intact. Can't say the same for myself as I have a credit bill this month. Will have to wait and watch.

Today i noticed that in data.bsnl.in portal, 'Check usage' link is missing.... Is this because i created the CDR ID??? I was more comfortable with data.bsnl.in as it showed free usage and charged usage separately, which is not shown separately in the new CDR portal. Can anyone confirm the problem?

^^^ Its not available for any users at present. Should be available towards 5th or 6th of the month

Last night, the new portal had my bill available as a .pdf download. It is payable by 14th April. Online payment was still not available. Many other features are still not working.
