BSNL Broadband Woes

Three of my friends have received extremely inflated bills this week. Most of them are just planning to surrender the phone as well as the broadband connection. Looks like the time of cheap broadband has still not arrived. Unless you have to just check your mails and chat with your friends. A task which does not even require a broadband connection!
 
The prob. of inflated bills still remains a big prob. They have to take some steps to check in the issue
 
the problem was that these friends of mine were assuming that they won't be charging for the downloads till september. but they surely seems to have charged for that... pity.
 
Eventhough 1 GB is not enough for many users,Its not BSNL 's fault, As it said the unlimited downloading ll only be exisiting till june 31st. It told this clearly the very first day itself.
 

well the rumors were out that their billing software was not implemented. infact one of these three guys got this information from the CMD of BSNL in gurgaon. now the same CMD says that if you got the bill, you would have to pay it.
