A few other members also had this problem. They got their log in credentials from customer care. Give them a call.You can also use a bandwidth meter like Shaplus or Networx to keep an eye on your usage. Networx has graphics detailing too.
 
You need to give your customer no which you can find on your bill. If nothing works, call customer care and ask for log in credential. Worked for a few other member with same problem.
 


this site really vvvvvvvvvvvvery bad & useless. bsnl wale time ko barbadd karna jante hai.... aur kuch nahi. ise private company ko phokat me bech dena chahiye...........
 
Hi.. I just changed my broadband plan combo 500 to combo 900 UL and I want to confirm it. I went to commercial section of bsnl, they told me its combo 900 but also adviced me to confirm it from broadband section. In broadband section their system is not working as always so they adviced me to check selfcare but in selfcare its showing "You do not have broadband facility" from some hrz but before its showing combo 500. I again goto broadband section now they are saying if ur plan changed in commercial section than ur billing will be according to combo 900. I really don't believe BSNL. Now what should I do. Should I believe BSNL this time? Plz help me guys..
 
I have bsnl broad band connection i have changed plan from bbn fn 500 to unlimited 625. but now i can not see any details on my user id. it is showing message that you don't have broad band connection but actually my broad band is working properly. why it is not showing on the self care portal?

This happens frequently with every user while they are updating their logs. Dont be afraid you'll be able to check your stats after 2-3 days.
 
how can i chk my usage now i aLSO register myself in selfcare...plz tell me..

TRY with 14digit Usage portal ID and PW password
( get it from Exchange.. example bad88918012010 PW password )
seems you have been given the 14digit ID.

BSNL Self care portal is useless.By the way Im using "selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in" here too the story is the same 🙁
Some one please tell them to stop using this weaver thing !

Even their mail portal is much faster .
