BSNL Broadband: Port Forwarding In DNA-A211-I Router

Hi,

I am using DNA-A211-I Wireless router from BSNL.
My Os is Vista Home Basic.

I Have forwarded the port in the router by entering the IP Address (Static) which & the port # to be forwarded.

The same port is unblocked in my windows firewall also.

But will I am running the checj in my Bittorrent (The port is same as used in port forwarding & unblocked in firewall).

Its showing me the message that "port does not appear to be open"

I had my port forwarded earlier & it was working fine. But recently due to some problems the Customer Care guys reset my Router. After That my download speed never even reaches 12Kbps in the bittorrent.

Even the website are not getting opened in the as fast as earlier.

Also I want to know how to call BSNL customer care from Airtel as my phone is not having any dial tone. & I want to raise a complaint for that too.

Please Guide.

As MTNL is the service provider in Delhi NCR , I
feel you , should check UP west bsnl site.
for making Online complaint about telephone or Broadband .

Your modem is similar to beetel220BX or Ut300R2U new
supplied by Bsnl. ( except for WIFI part)
