BSNL Broadband: Port Forwarding Huawei_WA1003A

I followed the guide in portforward.com for my router, but in every 1 or 2 days when I check with PFPortChecker it gets closed. ALSo I am not using 66** ports but the recommendd ones (400000-600000) .It doesnt go when I restart or modem restart as I have set static Ip on router but just randomly. It just gets closed automatically. Whats the reason for this..please help me out as I am on private trackers and my seeding gets screwed up😢😢😢
 
do the rules still show in the modem settings?
 
yeah rules are being shown...portnot reachable...bu when I remove and add the same rule again it works for someime.Any settings to DHCP?
