BSNL Broadband Plan provisioned but speed not changed-also effective date passed

recently i filled application for changing plan from 750 to 1350ul....when i chked portal on 22 this month the order was placed.the order status was future dated and effective date was 23rd.now after 2 dayz the status changed from future date to provisioned,but the effective date is still same ie.23rd.even is its showing provisioned,the speed not changed..i reset modem,chked snr and attN values...there no problem with line..either line rate is sufficient...what could be problem....do they forgot to change the speed? and i will be billed for 1350?its been 2 days so i havent called bsnl yet..either they are non responsive and tell to check our own computer first ? plz reply...:wall:
 
Talk to the Senior Divisional Engineer. He will be the right person to help.
 
It is better talk to them in person. Not all BSNL employees are useless. There is nothing we could do ourselves. You can call the customer care and ask for his phone no.
