Yes looks like they are going to modify the broadband portfolio again to the worst and its going to happen pan india,this circle is the first circle to update their website that too before the corporate website.

I think it will continue to work as they are deliberately keeping it up and available

Don't think free FUP applies to fiber broadband connections. Maybe give it a try from the link here

I tried activating the top-up in Fibre 1277 plan. Didn't work.
Yet to cross FUP of 750 GB tho.

So it's July 1 already and though this site (http://172.30.3.130:9090/SSSS_Servlet?key1=usage&exceed=usage) shows I'm still on the 1.5gb/day plan, the selfcare site displays I'm on the 2GB BSNL CUL plan (2gb/day) as suspected. Furthermore, I tried to activate the free top-up from this site (http://172.30.139.16:9090/ssssportal1/dailyFupPlanRedirection.do) and IT WORKED. Now my service details from the usage site (first link posted above) shows free top up service expires 01/08/2019.
