bsnl broadband lan connection problem

guys i have bsnl bb, in morning most times lan connects with either limited connectivity or the icon showing lan connectivity shows x sign , after 12pm lan connects most time the problem occurs in morning ,i called bsnl cc many times they manually configured my ip add then lan does connect but when i dial bb it gives err that remote computer does not respond and bsnl cc guys doesn't know anything else other than manually configuring ip add.and at the same time it works well on neighbors pc so help me guysthx

Is their any voltage fluctuation (Electricity) in your home particularly during morning (As you said you get able to connect after 12 PM)?

Properties
Network settings pages.
TCP/IP
properties
Enter in DNS
208.67.220.220
and 208.67.222.222
Apply Save.

I am having Nokia-Seimens Wifi Modem + BSNL Broadband. I can able to connect using LAN cable in my Desktop PC, But the same is not working in my laptop, Kindly tell me the steps to connect thru my laptop using WIFI..

You should always mention full details of the wifi router.
Confirm Laptop can work in LAN mode.
Confirm it has a Wireless LAN adapter, and you had
created both LAN and WLAN network connection for the laptop.
Connect in "Always On" mode Not "Dialer' mode.
