BSNL Broadband Lagging from last 2 days?

It's been 2 days or more since my connection is 'lagging'..new tabs opening slowly..web pages stays at one point and loads later..tested with different browsers.On the modem,my dsl is constant and internet is blinking but when it's lagging,then the internet is not glowing at all..when it blinks,page loads..This is DNS problem i think..what do you think? 😵help..thanks.
 
Mention modem - model and make.If you are in PPPoE (you should be) and the internet LED doesn't blink means, it is a connection issue. Talk to someone at your exchange and check. Also check if any of your neighbours facing the same problem. You can also try a friend's modem at your place and see if it is still there. Hope you tried various DNS values, as a last resort, take a back up of current settings, reset the modem and reconfigure it.
 
open dns solved it..i was right it was dns issue..other ppl around here are having the same problem and i cant tell each one of them on how to solve it 😛 god help those souls 🙂
