Bsnl Broadband giving 4mbps speed post fup this month as promotional offer

But i already downloaded more than 35gb.Speed is still 4mbps. Plus it says free of Cost

The Customer care guy has said that its a temporary technical error and no such screens of "Happy Browsing" will come after 24 hrs. After arguments he said that if opted for any top ups it needs to be cancelled from nearest BSNL Office otherwise it will be reflected in bill.

Getting 4 Mbps after the FUP. "Happy Browsing" screen came at the FUP, so it seems the whole month will be 4 Mbps. Nobody would've thought that a month ago.

Does "free of cost for this month" mean 'use now pay later (next bill cycle)' or is it really 'FREE' ?!?

I am getting 4mbps even after 5 gb fup.i am in 680 plan.bsnl should make this permanent.

Customer care guys are waste in bsnl.They doesnt know anything about updated plans of bsnl

I did not get any redirection to top-ups page when I clicked 'Happy Browsing'. Got the below page instead.
