The Customer care guy has said that its a temporary technical error and no such screens of "Happy Browsing" will come after 24 hrs. After arguments he said that if opted for any top ups it needs to be cancelled from nearest BSNL Office otherwise it will be reflected in bill.
Same thing happened with me also. No redirection to top up pageI did not get any redirection to top-ups page when I clicked 'Happy Browsing'. Got the below page instead.
