Found this on another forum, no idea if it is correct or not.
Some of the new plans are on the portal, click Access service and scroll down
 
Yes I have also seen this plans on bsnl portal but don't know about the exact tariffs

I can't find in bsnl.co.in. Not sure about the authenticity of the plans. There is nothing promising and there is FUP for new unlimited plan. Waiting for official confirmation.

What is really ridiculous is that people are expected to download from 2 AM and pay 40 ps per MB :madness:
 
So BSNL had started FUP UL plans too woohoo! The private operators must have lined the pockets of the right officials...What about existing Home 1350 UL plan (512kbps true UL) will it be discontinued?
 
What the :wall:Most of these plans are worse than their existing plans! Why would anyone pay Rs 599/month for 512 kb/s when we can already get Home 500?Please don't tell me they are gonna discontinue Home 500!!
 
BSNL finally starts FUP. Sad. Worst part is that their limits are far worse than Airtel's. I hope Airtel doesn't pick up these limits now.
 
i think these plans are true.. if u go to the usage portal like http://10.240.89.199 or http://sancharnet.in/dataoneredirect.htm and click on Access Service you will see some of the new plans being introduced.

Agreed, night unlimited and affordability is their USP. People put up with all sorts of shit from BSNL just because of those two factors. But these new plans are terrible, a giant leap backwards for broadband in India.
