BSNL Broadband download speed problem

Yesterday, My BSNL reset its FUP limit on its own so i keep quiet, but Now speed is very lower than normal.

Is it normal problem?

First, if your FUP is reset out of turn, you should ask about it to someone at BSNL. Book a complaint may be. Book a complaint for low speed as well. You can download something from Microsoft or try speedtest.net to see what your actual speed is.

Yes, I tested with speed test.net it shows 1.89 Mbps download speed so I should get 100-200kbps speed in IDM, but I am getting 40-60kbps in IDM.

What is your plan speed ? Please note that you will not get ~ 2Mbps download speed with all download. In order to save bandwidth and beat spammers / hackers, some websites offer downloads at lower speed. Mostly file sharing websites give pathetic speeds in free plans. The reason why I talked about Microsoft is that they offer high speed downloads.
