Please someone clarify this "BB Home Combo ULF 900 - 512 Kbps upto 8 GB, 256 Kbps beyond 8 GB" from the link posted earlier. Which plan is this anyway.

I am on Ul 750 and experiencing slowish speeds since morning. Speedtest shows normal doubled up upload but download speed is kind of midway between previous and new doubled, Torrents also weired, kind of half way between new and old speeds. Could be temporary though, as it often is with BSNL, just wanted to confirm with others.
