Hi.... With the dataone broadband connection i am supposed to get 1 email account...... The engineer who come to my place for installation .. Had no clue about it......... When i call the bsnl customer care no in pune i.e. 25459000...... The females recieving the call dont know anything....... But i assume that the login name and the password for the email account should be same as the login name and password for the internet access........ When i visit Dataone WebMail and enter the login and pass... It says \"invalid username and password\"....... Can anybody help me with this......????
first tell me the procedure like which site should i enter..
and what about my id at the end should be bsnl.in or dataone.in
and what is the procedure for ip : 5x.xx.xx.. ? 😢

as you are new user . If you can't then I can suggest you something else.
do not use the mail id provided to you by your ISP.
If you can't connect broadband don't use broadband and if you can't configure your computer don't use your pc.
