BSNL Broadband complain fastest way

Hello Guys i am from Gujarat (Ahmedabad)

Recently i am facing some issue in the internet DSL problem.
Every now and then its got disconnected and always got disconnected during phone calls
Some time my landline got disconnected too.

I have not yet tried any approach to contact BSNL because i don't want to wait for a long call or time for any person to come in to my house.

So is there any good things to share for contacting BSNL and getting the out put very fast or i still have to go for that ugly approach ? like calling on 1500 and all..

Thanks for the help guys i want to update you with something that finally BSNL solved my issue it was the line issue they told me that wire need to be replace they did the trick and no issue from yesterday also having quite good speed as well with 2MBPS nice streaming video so Good work BSNL 🙂

Thanks @grayg i will save this link for future use. one thing my friend told me that keep check SNR margin and Line attenuation but i don't know much about that
