i had converted my bradband plan from home plan 500 to combo ulf 1100.in the first month i was charged with 1100 as security deposit ie extran 1 month charge....i question is when will this deposit be refunded ???pls reply

Yes, they charged me too when I switched from UL 750. After speed upgrade, I switched back to UL 750 and they refunded the excess amount in next month bill.

i have also reverted from combo 1100 to combo 750 but they said u will get the refund when u will surrender the broadband service

Complain to the nodal officer or Appellate authority. ID and phone no on the backside of your bill.
