Was wondering if BSNL Broadband billing is on a monthly basis or for 30 days. I mean this month is February. My FUP limit is applicable till 28th of the month or do I count the month as 30 days? Based on the bills that I have received until now, it seems they bill by month so this month I would be paying full charges for 1-28. Right?

It's monthly.

cool. i have been consuming bandwidth at a faster rate than what it is available to me on a per day basis. so i had to slow down today. if it is indeed 28 days, i guess i need not worry as i have bandwidth for 2 extra days! airtel i believe billed for 30 days so i always assumed it to be 150/30. with bsnl this month it should be 175/28.

Yes, it is monthly. Irrespective of last date 30 or 31st or 28..from 1st new cycle will commence.
