Mr essbebe i don,t want to hurt anyone,s sentiment you had taken it otherwise.
Can you tell me why the private sector are not intrested to implement the policy. If they can get for their establishment from a person who are comming from 30% equal to the person having more than 70% then why they are not comming forward.
I think you are comming from a rich family and you don't face problems like us.
It is better to go for ground reality not see from a window sitting inside an AC room.
The above forum is full of blunder mistakes of BSNL and i am not talking of bsnl alone i am talking of the whole rotten system of govt.
