oday i opened bbservice.bsnl.in to check my dataone usage. See what opened.

I am a dataone customer from jalandhar, punjab.
 
other users too have been posting similar problems.. something wrong with the portal.. i guess you would have figured that out by now 😀

It appears you got the same "My Profile " page of a user which was posted by another member.( taken at )725PM post no 4 by @vissu.

If you had posted your " My Usage Page "it would have helped.9 suitably edited masking your Portal ID etc )

Next time you get a page like this of some other user
using your 14Digit Portal ID post the screen shot with Full details '
as well as yours to

All the above problem are due to the reason of recuritment of staffs who are below the mark . Due to the faulty policies of govt. we have to bear the loss. Students who are having excellent marks are either not getting chance or they fall prey to the reservation policies. Why such things are not happening to the private sector.
 
/members/pandey/Almost 50% Broadband users in INDIA are using BSNL broadband services.There is no report of wrong readings for users with IP 59.xx.xx.xx.Even Microsoft has issued more than 140 updates for their OS XP !No reservation policy there !. Any software can develop some "BUGS"and the programmers will surely rectify if reported to proper authorities..It is not necessary that BSNL staff write the programs. They call for tenders and some Private Sector company ( No reservation policy )quotes a price, and BSNL , most of the time forced to accept the lowest quotation/s !Reg Private Sector ISP : you can go through Tataindicom and SIFY forums !!!!

Nobody from BSNL reads this thread. And even if somebody sees it he cannot do anything, since all info has been blanked.
Better send unedited screenshots , with your portal ID
showing different user/s data. along with your own.
An usage page also will show the difference.

Next time you get a page like this of some other user

Thank u very much for giving the information. We know absolutely, there is
no problem with the portal server of dataone broadband connections (yours).
But the information given is regarding the new portal server of the new
multiplay broadband connections. When we checked from here, we could not see
any such problems now. However we are passing this information to our
Network Centre, Bangalore for verification & analysis. If you have any other
details like on which dates, it was like that may kindly be informed to us
to find-out the reality please.

Mr essbebe i don,t want to hurt anyone,s sentiment you had taken it otherwise.Can you tell me why the private sector are not intrested to implement the policy. If they can get for their establishment from a person who are comming from 30% equal to the person having more than 70% then why they are not comming forward.I think you are comming from a rich family and you don't face problems like us.It is better to go for ground reality not see from a window sitting inside an AC room.The above forum is full of blunder mistakes of BSNL and i am not talking of bsnl alone i am talking of the whole rotten system of govt.

i think you should clear the doubts of the poster,essbebe.btw you do face less problems than most of us i think.😗

Till date only two emails to NIB on your complaint ! I had forwarded the emails to you.
May be one or two emails earlier
Also the reply from Chennai office.
No special attention for a BB Home 250 user ! The reply I received from Chennai. No response from Bangaluru !
