BSNL 3G USB Dongel, LW 273V1.2 is not working Ubuntu 13.10 after tried with WvDia, Sakis3G & USB-mod

[color=#ff0000;]BSNL 3G USB Dongel [/color] with software [color=#ff0000;]LW 273V1.2[/color] is [color=#ff0000;]not activated or working on Ubuntu 13.10[/color] on Dell Inspiron 15 - 3575 model. I tried all attemps like WvDial, usb-modemswitch sakis3g, .... as per www.askubuntu.com. Kindly write in details.
