BSNL 3G: umg 1831 disconnection problem....

i am using Huawei 1831 modem with bsnl 3g in chandigarh.....firmware is 11.831....it is getting disconnecting every 5-15 seconds maximum... signal strength is maximum but it just shows msg device has been disconnected or unavailable....while any other modem does not....and after that again detects device and has full signal....driver is 2.0.3.822...plz help meout plz....if there is any problem in modem plz tell me i vl buy new one... i am from chandigarhplz let me know where can i buy it in chandigarh or ebay from where sm1 has already bought and its working fine.....ebay store wud be gud also....original firmware was 11.826....
 
Try re-installing drivers, also pl. post the driver version from device manager.
 
Also post the firmware version as there is the original firmware that the modem comes with and there is and updated firmware also available.
 
hi, guys can any plz post download link for umg 1831 11.826.03.01.420 firmware, i wrongly updated to 11.831... plz help
