Hello Techies, I use BSNL ULD 3300 plan. I've been getting decent download speed of 150kbps-170Kbps. But upload speed is limited to around 80kbps. Is it normal? Is there any way of increasing it? On a second note, I'm contemplating on changing my plan. My requirements are 300-400Kbps download, 150-200kbps upload, aaround 70-80GB usage/month. Please suggest me a good BSNL plan available. Thank you so much...

Presume yours is an ADSL connection

According to BSNL site

For Broadband plans where bandwidth is 1Mbps or more, the uplinking will be maximum upto 768 kbps

Tnk u Dilip. Yes, its a ADSL connection. Would increasing my speed to 4Mbps or more help in getting a better upload speeds?

I think 768 Kbps is the maximum for ADSL connection. If you have a VDSL connection, it may change. Please do check this with your SDE. Last time when I told this to a member he got angry.:quiet:

Always welcome 🙂
