Broke nexus 4 screen

My brother broke his nexus 4 screen (digitizer touchscreen not responding too). So wht is the cost of repair+replacement of the screen. Official as well as local.
And I am also unable to get some local repair guys contact from google search so please also tell if you know of someone in DELHI who can repair locally.

Talked to the guy too, he said this includes repair+product.
Now how to know wht is the official LG product+repair cost?

Talked to official LG service guy in laxmi nagar nd he quoted 4700 for product+service.
How come LG official service is 2k cheaper thn the ebay guy? Am I missing something here?

What is outer display? Is it separate from LCD plus digitizer? I told the LG guy that screen is broken and touch is not responding, he told 4700 then which I think should include outer display, whatever that actually is.Also this nexus 4 is from Australia, will lg repair it (will ask them, asking here just to know)

The outer glass you see is the digitizer while the IPS panel is inside the glass. The ebay listing has both (Digitizer + IPS panel).
The digitizer, without the IPS panel looks like this.

From what i have seen. Nexus 4 have three parts ie. glass,digi,LCD (I may be wrong, check youtube videos for clarfication). So you would need all the three OR If the display is intact. You would need the outer screen + digitizer (ie.digitizer). If the touch is also working. You just need the outer screen.
* Btw, if it's not an Indian phone. You may get it assembled from a local shop. It would be cheaper than going to an official service centre. Just make sure the service guy is experienced.
