Broadband Speed Super Slow

from last 3 days my broadband speed is very very slow i am getting only 8-20KB/SEC download speed.very few times it rises to 30KB/SEC and sometimes fall to 3KB/SEC.i have smart ax mt841.what should i do?bsnl services so disgusting speed fluctuates a lot :angry:

well, i also got a downfall of 9kBs but came back again in 15 mins to the same....
