For last one week... im not getting connected to internet during day-time i.e. 9:00am to 10😛m.. after 10pm or so internet gets connected..

I've taken 900rs(now 750) unlimited plan..

I have a MT841 router with 4 lan ports.

I connect it to my pc through LAN cable..

I've been using same plan for past 2-3 months, but from last week im having this problem. I tried to figure out where is the problem... cant get any clues

During day time... link led starts blinking , then steady at green...then again goes off.. this happens repeatedly..
but doesnot turn to orange(i.e when internet works)...

At night internet works with no problem at all..

Please helm me with this problem... i cant use internet during day -time...

Thanks.

Could you post the ATT and SNR values from http://192.168.1.1
Both Daytime and night Time Screen shots

My guess is during day time the values are so low that a stable connection is impossible.
This may be due to increase in line noise due to adjoining lines in the cables carrying the voice calls.

I say this coz at night i get connected at 2048/512 but in the day its always 812/512 or lower speeds

this is the screen shot of my router info.. taken at night...

what should be the ideal values for SNR and Attenuation...

see post below
https://broadband.forum/mtnl-triband-broadband/1295-jst-got-triband/4/#post17324

SNR Margin - This is a measure (in dB) of how good your data signal is. Higher numbers are better. If this number drops below 6, you'll start to have sync problems.

Attenuation - Measures (in dB) how much signal loss there is on the line - this should be a low number and in any case should be no more than around 60-65 dB.

Hi,I am having the same issue. The broadband works during the night time but daytime it does not.Did the SNR suggestions help?

mention modem/model/make/number.How you connect using Dialer or PPPoE ( userid/PW entered stored in modem)checked with friend's /neighbours whether they face same problem?
