broadband connection not working in ludhiana since 20 days

dear friends,
my reliance broadband connection not working in ludhiana from 5th of july 50+ calls to customer care, lot of emails to broadband@relianceada.com. so i call them for terminate my broadband connection , then they said internet will work in next two days, but now five days over no solution. What a rubish service .
so tell me what should i do for this.

migrate to another service provider if there is an option. try your luck with pgportal.
