i have a reliance broadband from past 5 months now though it has ups and downs, its best economically. its going fine somehow but again there is no internet from past two days and everytime i call their customer care, i get to hear that someone would turn up and solve the problem or give a call. now i am using internet through my cell though i have a 2mbps connection.
i am fed up calling their dumb customer care who doesn't have any connection to the technical team.
they just raise a new complaint but this doesn't solve the problem.
help, any idea how to deal with this problem?
