Dear Members,

I have a concern. I have DSL line of Airtel in my office, but as you all know, the office is closed since March 20th. Airtel has sent me the bill for April month where consumption was zero. Is there any relief for such payment? Should I be surrendering the line temporarily ?

Regards,

Dhiraj

You have to either surrender your connection or switch to lowest plan.

safe custody and back can be done in airtel with few emails. Best option.
You can receive rebate on current bill too explaining your situation and as last resort threatening disconnection.

I think you can do this from within the app.... DC8F7E2B-7286-448B-A1BF-524876AA2B60.webp

Yeah. Airtel customer care people are hard to catch these days. Best is to try through the app. Mail to 121@in.airtel.com are also not being catered to. My Twitter dm got response after 4 days iirc.

Thanks for all the input guys. This is actually a 20-year-old connection of Tata Tele Broadband which has now been acquired by Airtel. I emailed them and they say its a postpaid connection and they can do nothing about it. I will try my luck about safe custody.
