Broad billing

I am using Home 250 plan of BSNL broadband. Please tell me on what basis is the bill calculated. Whether calculating total recieved volume, total sent volume or total volume in (kb, Mb, or Gb)?

x-jack-t-li here we are,havnt isnt it so,people in india dont know what download(quoted by isp) means,by the way lets put in a PIL isp's say they give a download of 1gb and so on but technically it is wrong they give a data transfer of .x gb isnt it so.hey rachit how long since u got into broad band,ne waysTotal volume i.e total data transfer is what u r billed forupload+download taking load common (up+down)load .and guys when the lines get (up+down)loaded we have the indian broad band :lol:
