hello lolz,i am using MTNL & 1.46 mbps is my downloading speed[tested on Speedtest]i am currently using BitComet as my default BT client.What should i set my Download and Upload speed,Global Maximum upload rate (kb/s),Global Maximum Number of Connections,Maximum Number of connected peers per torrent,Number of upload slots per torrent,Maximum number of active torrents,Maximum number of active downloads,Net.Max_HalfOpen.i am getting 18 kBps speed on torrents.my DL speed on speedtest is 1.46MBps.Please help me friends!!!
