Billing in BSNL.

My BSNL connection was activated on 15/10/15.
Since I was already having Landline, I wasn't asked to pay a single penny that time and told that rent and installation will be in my next bill.

So does BSNL charge on pro rata basis i.e Will my next bill (which will be generated on 1/11/15) contain
1) landline bill
2) installation
3) 15 days rent of broadband.

If I am wrong please correct me on billing in BSNl.

There would be deposit as well for a month. And yes pro rata on broadband rent.
 
Okay so my first bill will be around:
250(installation)+545(deposit)+545/2(15 days rent)+landline bill
Right?

And since minimum hire period is 1 month If I disconnect my connection on 15 or 16 November, it would only cost me around 800?
They would give that deposit back, right?
