Billing Cycle - 1 month or 2 months?

I have people in my neighbourhood who get there telephone bills once every month and other's who get bills once every two months and both groups have the same plans. I want to know if dataone users here get there bills one a month or once every two months?

If you have Dataone broadband you will get a bill every month.

Yes if u have broadband then u r billed every month and otherwise if your plan value is less than 300 or so then u will be billed every 2 months instead of 1.(thats what happens in case of MTNL here)
