Beware of Airtel marketing tactics trying to fool you

Today my dad received a call from Airtel customer care about upgradation to 1899 plan 80 GB DATA which has UPTO 16 mbps. My plan is already on full 16 mbps speed with 30 GB + 50 GB topup quota. They fooled my dad in to upgrading to the UPTO 16 mbps plan and now max speed I'm getting is 5 mbps. Don't fall for these airtel people trying to fool you upgrading from your existing plan. Always know which plan you're using and your existing plan benefits
 
Out of 16 Mbps u r getting just 5??
