They listed out of stock items. After I had purchased one such item, instead of automatically cancelling the order and initiating a refund, they started waiting for their stock to be updated without even bothering to inform the customer! I only got to know this eight days after placing the order when I contacted their customer support. On top of that, their Facebook page, email support and voice support state different estimated delivery times. They do not have any order tracking page on their website.
As of now they have asked me to wait for four working days. I wanted to gift the item to someone so paid upfront (instead of going for a CoD). My first and last order with them.
They deleted my negative feedback from their Facebook page! And there was nothing in the post except asking them if they intend to run their business by listing out of stock items and keeping the customer in the dark about the estimated delivery dates. FFS!
13 days and counting and the idiots have still not shipped my order. THIS, when I wrote to one of its co-founders and was given an assurance that he will get it sorted asap.
Timeline of my order:
24th Feb: Placed the order
26th Feb: Asked them if they provide an order tracking facility. In their reply they said they don't but assured me that the order will be delivered in 4-5 days.
5th March: Asked them what happened to the order. Replied they were out of stock and that it will take another 4-5 days. Refused to cancel the order asking me to wait for a few more days. Someone was kind enough to give me the email id of its co-founder. Wrote to him. He assured me he will get it sorted. The same day got a call from their CC assuring delivery by Friday.
7th March (Friday): Called up their CC. Asked about the whereabouts of the order. Was told the order is packed and will be shipped in an hour.
8th March: Called up the CC again. Was told the courier guy did not turn up to pick my order and that they will ship it for sure today.
9th March: No shipping confirmation till now and their CC is closed for the day. Have written to the co-founder again copying the CC.
They are conducting contests on twitter and doling out freebies while being outright dishonest to customers who have paid for their products. Quite a few negative feedbacks on their twitter page.
