What is the best way for freelancing in IT?
I know that there are many freelancing sites but they are dominated by existing consultants/professional and is tough to enter.
Freelancing needs some references, what if someone wants to start fresh.
Any ideas?
 
The best to start your freelancing career would be to ask all your contacts if they have any work or simply create ur own website host it and do some seo.
