In India, Lay's is available in several flavors: "India's Magic Masala", "American Style Cream & Onion", "Spanish Tomato Tango", "Classic Salted", "West Indies' Hot 'n' Sweet Chili", "Swiss Grilled Cheese" and "Thai Sweet Chilli". In 2013, Lay's released two new flavors, "French Salt & Cracked Pepper" and "Lays Chile Limon"

yup. gave up on the diet. i am not exactly eating fried food (fried potatoes, bread pakoras etc) like i used to. i am also not eating 10 slices of bread butter on a daily basis. but i am back on sugary tea/coffee and other stuff. :\

Instead of lays get microwavable popcorn . If you still wnt to go with chips try uncle Chips (green Pck) or Pringles (250/Pack) if cost is no bar .

You can also get Frozen Food items and microwave them .

Ps- Go to a supermarket , 10 Slices of bread everyday is unhealthy

Pringles for the Indian market (Made in Malaysia) cost 99, iirc. Only two flavours though - salted and sour cream onion.

Made in USA, have much wider range of flavours and cost 250. Can be bought from Amazon India [emoji14]

i feel guilty eating watermelon , melon, almonds , we started the diet almost at the same time , i lost 25 kgs in this period, still have to lose more, lost 8 inches from my belly , now its getting tough .

Wow :-D Awesome man! I gave up after around 10KGs. Have gained 2KGs back. My dietician friend curses me every day 😛

How can I justify Rs. 250 for a box of chips! 😛 It is hard to justify Rs. 125!

But then Lay's packages are mostly air so this is probably good value for money in comparison.
