Best ISP for VOIP in Delhi?

Airtel 8 Mbps 'Unlimited'
Need a connection for Voip/ Skype/ facetime etc. primarily and general usage in Delhi. What works well?

Currently I have an Airtel plan, and despite it being 8Mbps and 175GB quota, it's terrible for Video conferencing. Skype just stutters and buffers. I am fine either taking a secondary connection or even getting rid of craptel altogether, if some other ISP has good plans and good latency for online console gaming.

Would appreciate recommendations.
 
Call your cable operator for internet, cable isp have better upload speeds needed fr facetime n video chat.
 
Tata CDMA RevB is perfect for this, if you don't have LCO provided internet.

Cost effectiveness epends on usage though.
 
or you can raise a ticket with airtel for 2mbps upload speed.
Adsl2+ can easily support it.
If mtnl can give 2mbps upload in Mumbai then why not Airtel in Delhi.
