Best ISP for Mumbai (specifically Borivali-east area)

Best ISP for Mumbai (specifically Borivali-east area)

I'm looking for a new ISP.
What would you recommend? I've narrowed down my choices to MTNL, Tata, Reliance or Airtel?

My biggest concern is stability and good Customer Care.
For me good CC and stable connections take a priority over high speeds.
I'm looking for an unlimited or at least night unlimited package. My limit would be approx Rs700+

I've heard really good stuff about Airtel. So how good are they in Mumbai- Borivali arear?
There's this guy I know who has a wireless Reliance connection. He bragged that the coonection was stable even during the high rains/floods this year. I just want to know about your experience if any.
Tata has this really attractive plan for unltd night downloads at 1mbps@Rs99. Is there anyone here with this plan? How good is Tatas overall service?
MTNL: For guys in Borivali- how long did you have to wait for a connection?
 
-Ok bad luckI just received a mail from airtel CC- they don't extend their services here.So now its between MTNL, Tata, Reliance.
 
No replies🙁Come on guys! Somebody help me out. Just some personal experiences with your ISPs. Which one would be preferable: MTNL, Tata, Reliance?
 
If you want stability then MTNL 🙂Edit: Dont make a new thread in every subforum .. One thread is enough i guess. Beside you should ask your friends/relatives staying nearby in ur area . You will get better suggestions that way . Mtnl is ok for everyone but rest of isp's like sify/tata are good or bad depending on ur cto .
