i find the following couple of websites to be the best in terms of combination of reviews and ratings of free softwares:

Freeware World Center - NONAGS -
SnapFiles - software reviews, download freeware and free trial programs

in addition, downloaders can be sure of good quality with the softwares that these sites give their high ratings to :thumbsup:
