^ I'm one of those users who rarely face a major issue with Reliance BB. After the nationwide upgrade, its the best I can get in my city. 4 mbps for 1099 and no FUP. That's more than enough for me until ISPs like Beam land up in my city.

Don't prefer act fiber ( beam fiber) in hyderabad. I took connection last month. To upgrade the package I have called customer care more than 20 times After esculation also ticket is still in pending.
