well i used 2 get more than 8 kbps on torrents on avg.....with gprs...in bangalore....i hv taken hathway n i hope it's betta than gprs....and it's a freeway plan so no tension of ovausage!
I guess in terms of full unlimited plans for downloading, Airtel's new 256 unlimited@750 or 384kbps@999 are the best plans. Sadly they aren't available here in Mumbai yet.Otherwise, I heard from a friend that MTNL 2Mbps NU@Rs850 is excellent for heavy downloading.
