Best Bank account with minimum balance

Hi all, I am looking for a bank account which has a minimum balance requirement of 500 or 1000 bucks and which supports payment in international sites like google play etc.

Presently I am using entropay virtual credit card which works fine but it charges a heavy transaction fee. I too have a SBI Visa Debit Card with international transactions enabled however it does not work on international sites.

Suggestions are welcome.
 
Union bank of India. I have never been charged for low balance even below 500/-
 
also. make sure it is not a salary account because the same rules do not apply.
